Subject: [itdiscuss] Network Print Queue Manager?

I have a network color printer that needs some supervision on the network since each color print costs 15 cents.  Ideally I would like users to be able to submit print jobs and have some Print Queue Admins be able to monitor the jobs and approve the print jobs that need to be printed.

I'm not sure if the standard Microsoft print server can do this.

Any ideas on how to do something like this?
