[itdiscuss] Accountability

A few users have asked me to provide accountability/content filtering on their iphones/ipads.  I know there are apps (covenant eyes, etc..) that will work as alternative browsers but from what I've read, disabling safari still leads to lots of annoying issues.  Anybody have experience that can confirm or deny this?

I know there is a jailbreak app that will let me override their DNS settings as well so I could also do that via openDNS but even then, I don't think I could associate them with our account as I'll never know their IP addresses on 3g.  Thoughts?
