[itdiscuss] "Quiet" PC case

I'm going to build a new home PC. Does anyone have a recommendation for
a mid-tower PC case that runs very quiet within a reasonable price
range? I know power supply and case fans add to the noise, so any quiet
power supply\case combo recommendations would be appreciated.
