[itdiscuss] accountability for Android users?

There was one mention though in a forum of using the accountability software from XXX Church.

They have it for Android and iPhone.  It doesn't stop someone but it would send an e-mail to an accountable person of where you had been browsing on your phone.

We have more and more Android users on our network and now people are wondering if there's something similar to Safe Eyes for Android.  Does anyone know of anything that doesn't slow the phone down too much?
