[itdiscuss] A System Command To Accomplish a Flash Player Update?

I would like to have users of Windows 7 to not be bothered with Flash
pop-ups asking for an update.  I see at this

you
can uncheck "Notify me when an update to Adobe Flash Player is available".
 So now I need the other part: A system command that can be executed by
Administrator to enable the Adobe Flash Player to be updated if one is
available.

Does anyone know if such a command exists?
