Does anyone have a contact with Google/Scansafe that can help me get out of
a contract with them??

This was Google¹s web filtering offering that they have put on the back
burner since Cisco(?) bought Scansafe.  It is quite costly and will NOT work
on our systems due to an aging server and VERY slow performance.  Looks like
this ³auto-renewed² in February and we received the invoice for it in March.
But according to Google, we would have had to notify them in writing 1 month
prior to the Œrenewal¹, in January.

I could REALLY use this money for other budget items right now and abhor
paying for a service that is unusable to us.  I am currently stuck in red
tape and am getting no help from either Google or Scansafe.
