iPhone is push data. Fully Exchange compatible. Most of our staff who have smartphones use the iPhone. Nobody on Droid, so I can't speak about that.

Subject: [itdiscuss] PDA Sync with Exchange

At one time syncing a PDA with Exchange meant that the PDA “pulled” data from Exchange. Many folks went with the BlackBerry because the BES server allowed data to be “pushed instantly”. Have things changed so that if you have a Droid or an iPhone, data can be pushed instead of pulled? Is there any delay in receiving data? Do you need something like BES to make it happen?

Thanks,
