Hi,
We use Phonetree, model 2500 with the four phone lines. It services the
church, the church's school and dayschool. We are very careful to only send
a church wide message, minimum once a week. The ministry groups use it
quite a bit. It goes over well with all the groups. We export from ACS
with their built in step. I like it because it has a feature that you can
set up in advance for emergencies i.e.: school evacuations. You can call
and the company sends the message out instantly to any numbers you have
loaded.
As you can see below, we do use an e-mail disclaimer on all e-mails sent
from the church or schools. Although, I'd love to be able to use Steve's!
