MTW is on a Windows network and we have GPO's for password change requirements. The problem is that remote users:
1. Don't remember the signs of when a PW change is needed - so they think their system is broken and / or
2. The can't remember the steps for changing their password remotely (RDP or VPN is what we have now).
So, as important at policies are for security, this is a nagging issue and a growing problem as our network user group expands.
Does anyone know of a good, simple solution that would allow users to quickly and easily change their network password without having to remember to do an RDP or VPN connection? Or what suggestions / recommendations might you have for this?
