[itdiscuss] Photoshop Layered Files

I have our new church websites written in Joomla 1.5.9. ACS website
technicians told me that they would only need the CSS files , and could
convert it over to ASP.NET. We created this website to replace our outdated
look and feel, and have spent weeks working on it. We need to move this
website over to ACS hosting in asp.net. ACS has asked us to provide them
with PSD layered files of the website. If they have to do this conversion,
it will cost us $750 per site just to create the PSD layered files and make
the template. Does anyone have any idea how to take a Joomla CMS website
page and make it into a PSD layered file? We really do not have the money to
move ahead with this, and if I can complete the task, it would benefit the
church substantially! Site is located at -
