Not all Seagate hard drives are the same.  I would go with the Seagate
Barracuda ES.2 1 TB drive with 32MB cache.  They seem to be the best
performing in all the reviews.
I'd also take a look at the Barebones Servers at Newegg.  They have pretty
good deals on some SuperMicro 2U cases with motherboard and redundant power
supplies.
