I would suggest purchasing the Mac Support package with the systems.
The systems costs more, but they also do more, and they do it
better. Also, the areas that you plug these Mac systems into is
worth the extra investment.
Also, my experience with Apple Support has been great. You do have to
make an adjustment by making an "Appointment at the Genius Bar" and
don't even think about showing up early for your appointment. But the
support I have received has been excellent.
