We use a Primera Bravo II for our labeling unit, and have been fairly happy
with it. It does use a lot of ink! I built a custom box for our CD / DVD
burner. The box has 11 CD/DVD burners and 1 reader, running Gear
Professional software on XP SP2, 4 Gig ram, Dual core 2.6G. Average CD
burning time 3-4 minutes, DVD burning time 8-10 minutes. Our user remotes
into the burner box from her desktop, and assigns the project using the Gear
software, and switches out blank DVD's as the completed ones eject. Cost
$450 including Gear software.
Thank You,
Bob Cameron

We don't do quite that volume, but just last week we bought a new
duplicator from www.amamax.com. They have a wide selection, good prices,
and quick shipping (often free shipping too).

Greetings to each of you...
Our Microtech machine has served us well, but we're looking to
bring a new machine on board. For those of you duping "in house,"
what're you using?
FYI, we need a fully automated solution that can output up to
1000 CD/DVD's per day. We also need label printing capabilities.
As always, thanks in advance for your feedback.

We have used the Rimage 2000i and have been fairly happy with it. We have
had some little buggy issues with it, but Rimage had great support.
We have also used the Primera Bravo II, but were not happy with it at all.

We use Rimage as well. We have 2 2000i's and a few of the just the
production burners and labelers.
