Dan,
Did you checking the Calendar Time Zone settings on her Outlook Options,
it is under Outlook Tools, Options and the Calendar Options, under this
tab there is a Time Zone button towards the bottom of the page, there
are a couple of options there that can change the Time Zone that effects
the Outlook Calendar, it should default to the Windows settings, but
check it out and make sure they are set correctly.

Subject: [itdiscuss] Calendar issue
I have one user after my migration to 2007 who has reverted to
Casablanca time, throwing off her calendar 4 hours. I have tried to
change it back, and did successfully if I added administrative
privileges to her account temporarily. The problem is that the Windows
time zone is CST, which is correct, but Outlook somehow is misreading
the Windows Time Zone, and it is only for her. Any thoughts on how I can
correct this?
Dan
