[itdiscuss] Slow Safari Browsing

I have 3 PCs that I use a lot (1 desktop 2 laptops) along with a Mac and
I have noticed that IE has been very slow lately, this is not limited to
my workplace where we do have a SonicWall. I'm finding the same is true
at home as well (no SonicWall). It has gotten so bad that I've begun
using only FireFox. I use Firefox on the mac anyway so I can't speak to
any performance change on it.

I'm suspecting it's a patch level issue but have yet to look into it.

We have a 4060pro and are running the latest firmware and haven't had
any issues... we are also using the Sonicwall for content filtering and
gateway AV....and just to be sure I checked on the mac on my desk and my
browse times are very close to my pc and mac... with IE, Firefox and
safari

Since switching over to a SonicWall Pro 2040 running the latest enhanced
firmware, my Mac users have been complaining about slow browsing
performance. However, browsing on the Mac with Firefox is fine as it is
with IE on the PCs. Is anyone else seeing this issue?
