[itdiscuss] Folder Privileges Auditing

I am looking for a way to audit the user permissions on my file share. We are looking to re-organize the structure and privileges in conjunction with a SAN upgrade so a tool that would be able to give me a list of the folders and the permissions associated with each is what I am looking for. 

Anybody heard of anything like this?
