[itdiscuss] What about a "funny things I've been asked to fix" sticky?

We've probably all read recently an email that circulated about a customer service rep so frustrated with the lack of computer skills of the client that he/she recommended returning the computer to the store because "you're too dumb to own a computer" (funnier when told in it's entirety)...But what about YOU? What have you been asked to do/fix/explain that made you crazy at the moment but really is (from OUR perspective) funny?
I'd like to hear what others have experienced...and here's one from a staffer I received this very day:

Concerning Outlook: "My email seems to all be going to my unread mail box right now.  I don’t think I did anything to direct that, so I am confused.  When I read it, it highlights and then disappears.  Really weird!"
