Good afternoon all. Jeffrey has given me access to work on improving
http://citrt.org/

I'm really on board with what Clif Guy mentioned during our wrap-up
session at the Kansas City RoundTable last week, which was basically
"let's not reinvent the wheel - let's AGGREGATE the stuff that's
already out there." This is obviously open for debate, but I thought
I'd get started on *something* for now so that we can begin gathering
all this information somewhere.

To that effect, I've setup the same planet aggregator that Matt
Bradshaw setup for us during the RoundTable at http://citrt.org/planet
and using SimplePie, I'm parsing that feed to generate a list of those
latest headlines on the citrt.org homepage. It's currently suffering
from CSS neglect, but I'll work on polishing that up soon enough.

OK, now that I've given you some background, here's the real purpose
of this email: What else do we do?

Here's a current list of things that I can recall that we can aggregate:

ITdiscuss has an RSS feed we can parse
CIT RT Flickr Pool: http://www.flickr.com/groups/citrt
Latest podcasts from Talkshoe feed
Anything from the Facebook group?

I'm sure there are things I've overlooked, so everyone please feel
free to chime in. I have a vision of sorts that citrt.org would be a
'dashboard' of sorts where the latest from each of these items is
aggregated and a link given to the full resource. Also, if you have
any skills that you're willing to share to help build this out
(especially if it's PHP, CSS, or graphic design), let me know.
