I used to work for a reseller of MX Logic and have a good bit of experience with it.  For the most part the service performs as advertised; however, I feel that the reliability of the service is not as good as some other providers.  I have experienced several service outages with MX Logic.  Although the service outages do not occur very frequently, they do cause an obvious inconvenience.  I have also experienced some issues with the failsafe mail option not being compatible with some email providers, namely yahoo.com.  I see the biggest shortcoming of MX Logic to be their support.  In the past this wasn't much of a problem, but recently their support has become almost nonexistent.  It is nearly impossible to speak with someone other than a receptionist on the phone, and you will usually have to wait 3-4 days for a response to an email support request.

In my opinion, I would go with another service provider such as Postini or Katharion.

We use Barracuda here, but recently I got a call about MX Logic. I went
through the demo and it looks good. I am wondering if any of you use it
or have knowledge about it. Maybe reasons for or against it etc. Being a
one man shop here it seemed like it would take a lot of work off of me
that I have to do for the Barracuda.
